IDGY's is a restaurant that offers gluten free dining. Gluten is a protein found in Wheat, Barley and Rye. This protein is used in flours, cosmetics, spices, baked goods, and so on. Some people are sensitive to gluten and by eating it, can become very sick. IDGY's has come up with a fantastic place for gluten intolerant people to come and dine. All menu items at IDGY's are made on premises using only 100% gluten free ingredients.
Don't think that just because we are gluten-free, we are taste-free as well. Our homemade breads, baked goods, and entrees are pleasing to any palate.
Owner Deb Collins, has 27 years of restaurant management and cooking experience. Through that experience and many hours dedicated to refining her recipes, she has developed some of the tastiest recipes that are sure to keep you coming back for more IDGY's homemade taste.
You will enjoy a bright fun atmosphere filled with smells of homemade breads, and delicious sauces, and pizzas cooking and will always be greeted with a kind hello.
We also make our gluten-free birthday cakes, quiche and pies on premises and also provide catering services.
IDGY's is located in Union Station Plaza in South Yarmouth, MA on Cape Cod.
Update!! Beginning Friday, May 25 through Labor Day, our hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. 7 days a week!
Look for our upcoming new Summer menu to include Summer salads, pizzas, pasta dinners, iced coffees and smoothies...eat-in or take-out or place an order for our breads, desserts and other baked goods through our website and we will ship it to you anywhere in the U.S. - it's all gluten-free of course!
